We’re just back from Kenton (yesterday). Had the most stunning weather… thought about all you poor buggers in the UK who don’t have the winters we do. The days were perfect (just a little wind on two days, but we got to fly a kite on one of them.) The boys had a ball on the beach every day. Gareth dug a great big hole, which served as a playpen for a while. Cool. And I even swam…
Now: for those of you out of Africa, but with your hearts still here… Find this book. It’s FABULOUS! Jacqui Taylor’s African ABC. The boys love it, but are still learning the difference between an acacia and an “umbrella” tree.
